Elegir los mejores discos del año resulta una tarea siempre divertida, y una minuciosa labor que he estado pensado en las últimas semanas. Por fin se puede uno detener a volver a redescubrir los discos que durante estos 12 meses han sido, las mejores representaciones artísticas, musicales.

40 años del Album Blanco de The Beatles
Simplemente conocido como The Beatles, este disco cumple este mes 40 años de haberse lanzado. Los homenajes y las retrospectivas ya han empezado a brotar por la red, sin embargo, más allá de darles datos curiosos y chismes sobre ese momento de historia Beatle, quiero compartir el legado y la prueba de que realmente son grandes composiciones. He aquí Floyd, miembro de The Electric Mayhem interpretando, en una versión desgarradora, una de las mejores canciones del catalogo Beatle.

Una gran sesión de Morning Becomes Eclectic con Little Jackie, un grupo originario de Nueva York, que hacen una mezcla de soul, r&b, hip hop, urbano. Este ha sido uno de los mejores discos de este año, y es una gran recomendación para escuchar algo fresco e inteligente.
